This allows you to try all the ElectroSculpt's products at home risk-free for 90 days.

If you don't see results, you can return the product within 90 days of receipt and get a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must follow these steps:

  • Use the product for at least 60 days.
  • Before starting the treatment, take pictures of your body to compare with the changes at the end of the treatment (at least 60 days).
  • Keep track of your daily food diary on the MyFitnessPal app.
  • Record how many times a week you completed the EMS workout and for how long.
  • After at least 60 days of use, send an email (help@electrosculpt.com) containing:
    - Photos before and after the treatment;
    - The food diary kept on MyFitnessPal;
    - Information regarding how many times you performed the treatment and for how long;
    - An explanation of why you are not satisfied with the results.

Our team will carefully review your request, and we will confirm within 5 days if your refund has been accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
